SHELLIE BOWDOIN is a speaker, minister, author and, as she likes to call it, a joy-bringer. She most enjoys encouraging women to live their best, Spirit-empowered lives through her website, social media channels and YouVersion. She and her husband, Sam, have served as missionaries in Southeast Asia for 31 years. They are now area directors Southeast Asia of the Assemblies of God World Missions, stewarding 140 global workers from the US in six countries.
KATE AITON, along with her husband James, are the senior pastors of Favor Church in Manila, Philippines. They have a heart for the nation, love people, and want to see them encounter the presence of God and grow as disciples of Jesus. She absolutely loves being a mother to her three gorgeous kids—Hope, Sienna, and Aslan. Kate is passionate about her relationship with the Lord, spending time with her family, and enjoying a chat with friends over a good cup of coffee and delicious dessert.

COMMUTING TO THE VENUE
From Crowne Plaza Galleria to The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Bridgetowne, QC, here are some public transit options:

Bus: You can take a bus along Ortigas Avenue, which is just a short walk from Crowne Plaza. From there, you can get off near IPI, L&Y Plaza, or Ortigas Ave / C-5 Intersection, which is around a 5-7 minute walk to The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan.

Jeep: Jeeps also run along Ortigas Avenue and C-5, which can drop you off close to The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan.
These public transit options are affordable and commonly used in the area. You can also book a ride on transport apps like Grab or Angkas with the drop off at: The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan, Bridgetowne.
The conference is primarily for ladies ages 18 and above who call Favor Church their home church but anyone interested can attend too!
Our program runs from 9AM to 5PM with praise & worship, preaching sessions, and fun surprises throughout the day.
After the morning session (at around 12NN), you can leave the venue to have lunch with your friends. No formal groupings for this one, so feel free to just reach out to friends and we encourage you to make new ones on the day! After lunch, we’ll go straight to our main conference sessions with Ps Kate and Shellie — so please don’t be late coming back to the session!
OPTION B: Bring Your Own Lunch / Order Your Own Lunch
We’ll be keeping the main hall open during lunch, so we Favor Girls can eat together in groups — organically! You can either bring your own lunch or order through GrabFood or Foodpanda in advance. Feel free to bring picnic mats or blankets for a little extra adventure! And we’ll have some ladies from our team around to make sure that no one eats alone. It’s always fun in the room — we may end up doing some fun and silly stuff!
You can get your tickets at our Early Bird rate (₱350) from July 28-August 25 and at our Regular rate (₱500) from August 26-September 28. Your registration includes access to attend the conference in person. We will not be having an online stream for Favor Girl Conference.
We will only be accepting online payments. Don’t worry, though! If you’re having a hard time doing online payments, please reach out to a volunteer at our Info Booth during weekly Sunday services so they can help you out.
Yes, you may! You can get tickets for others by providing their names and contact details while registering. Tickets will be sent to the primary email address provided.
If you would like to donate in cash or kind for the conference, email us at favorgirl@favor.church. Specifically for sponsoring tickets, you are acknowledging that they will be allocated to any individual in need. If you prefer to get a ticket for a specific person, please provide their details during regular ticket registration. Tickets will be sent to the primary email address provided, and you can forward them to each person you bought tickets for.
Registration will remain open as long as there are available tickets. Due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate attendees beyond what is allowed by the venue.
Bring your wonderful self! And a heart that is open and hungry for the Holy Spirit to move. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen or tablet/mobile phone for taking notes, and pocket money for our lunch.
You may attend the conference in your comfortable lounge attire. Also! The air conditioning can get cold, so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater. We don’t have space for excessive baggage so please pack light and only bring your essentials.
No, won’t have a kids program available during the conference. Please plan for child care in advance.
Parking is available at the basement of Opus Mall (right by Blue Leaf) with a weekend flat rate of ₱50. We recommend coming early so that you have enough time to find a parking spot and walk over to the venue.
